When you place your order turnaround time can vary with the time of year. Our standard service is 4-6 business days. However if you need it by a certain date ie. birthday, anniversary, baby shower please just let us know in the comments section as you are checking out and we will make sure your candles get there in time for the special day.

Truly Scented Candles strives to have exceptional customer service. All of our products are made to order specifically for you when you place your order. We except returns in the event your product has been damaged in transit. Please call us immediately at 1-877-896-6899 M-F 10am-5pm MST.to let us know that your product has arrived damaged and we will give you a return authorization number. You must have this number to return your product. Once we receive your product we will remake your product or issue you a credit.

All orders are shipped via UPS or Priority mail. Expedited shipping is available at an additonal cost to you via UPS 3 Day select, or UPS next day air, UPS 2nd day air. Please call or email us for a quote for expedited service.
