Frequently
Asked Questions...
1) What is
the cost of shipping? Your shipping is
based on the weight of shipment, the size and your
location. Shipping is usually 15-20% of the total
cost of your shipment. Again it depends on your
location. We are located in Rudyard, Montana.
2) What is
the turn around time for a wholesale order?
Typically we will start on your order within 3-4
business days. This can vary with the time of year.
Sometimes it will be a few days faster other times
a few days longer.
3) Do you
manufacture this candles?
Yes, we hand pour each and every candle on
a made to order basis, so nothing has been sitting
on a shelf for any length of time.
4) How far
in advance can I place an order?
The more time we have the better. If you
have a certain date that you would like your candles
shipped out you can place your order a month before
just to make sure they go out on time. You will
be charged on the day your order ships.
5) Do you
ship to the Virgin and British Islands?
Yes, we actually have our candles in a couple of
locations on the islands. You will need to contact
a freight forwarder in Miami. We ship everything
by UPS ground to the freight forwarder in your closest city
and they take care of the rest.
